Sonia gives no nonsense advice which is clear and understandable, at the same time as being carefully tailored towards your organisation's needs. HR advice can sometimes feel a bit complicated but everything Sonia says is practical and easy to apply. We are a small charity with a Board of Trustees, a mostly part-time staff team and over 80 volunteers. As a small organisation we have limited HR expertise and so we started to engage with Sonia (from recommendation of another charity) on an ad hoc basis with HR queries. Since then we have engaged in her retainer scheme and have updated our staffing policies and procedures. As CEO and speaking for the Board, our professional link with Sonia has given us more confidence to deal effectively and with appropriate speed to any HR issues.
