Populo is a social enterprise set up by an experienced HR manager Sonia Wilson, Chartered FCIPD to provide affordable HR management support to small charities and social enterprises.

I provide a range of affordable, quality HR services including a health check of your processes and policies for employing people to make sure they are up to date and reflect best practice. My aim is to help you become the best that you can be with quality HR solutions at an affordable price.

I provide free HR telephone advice every Wednesday 10:00-12:00 to small charities and social enterprises.
